Accordingly, this site is exempt from Section 2257 laws regarding record keeping of model IDs of our own creation. However, we do use depictions of nudity and sexual activity created by other producers. We maintain written copies of the name/address disclosure of the custodian of records under Section 2257 laws for all websites with picture-movie galleries. It is our policy to list only websites and content feeds that contain adults over 18 years of age. We do not list or review websites that advertise "lolitas", "young teens", "child art", or otherwise suggest models are under 18 years of age. We require all membership sites, pay-per-view sites, and content feeds containing nudity or sexual activity to comply with Section 2257 laws. Sites and feeds that produce their own explicit content must contain a 2257 statement of compliance that contains the name and address of the custodian of records. All 2257 compliance issues are checked when a site/feed is first listed. Should we later learn that the business is in violation of our 2257 policy, we will contact the company to rectify the issue. If the problem is not resolved within 14 days the site or feed will be suspended from our listings.
